Design is where a decade of cross-cultural strategy work finally clicked into place. I've spent my career figuring out what people need and removing everything in the way through editorial content, campaign strategy, and organizational communications. That same instinct now drives how I approach product: I think about user behavior, business outcomes, and content together, not in sequence.

Designing for multicultural audiences long before I called it UX means I rarely assume one mental model fits all. It's made me a sharper researcher and a more deliberate information architect.

Outside of work, I'm chasing perfect latte art, exploring Seattle's restaurant scene, and following chess games a little too closely.
